A structured execution sprint. One goal, scoped into a daily plan — with proof submitted and reviewed every single day, for sixty days straight.
The Follow-Through Project is a focused 60-day execution sprint built around one priority.
We clarify the goal, define the execution plan, track daily proof, review progress weekly, and adjust the plan as life happens.
The goal is not perfection. The goal is continuity.
Your goal is clarified, narrowed, and converted into a 60-day execution plan with the standards, proof requirements, and review structure laid out from the start.
You submit your daily update using the required template so progress, friction, and next actions are clear and trackable.
Focused feedback, adjustment, or next-step direction based on your submitted proof.
A structured weekly review to identify what is working, what is slipping, what needs to change, and what the next week requires.
A view-only dashboard showing your daily status, streak, completion percentage, days remaining, and overall progress so you can see exactly where you stand at any time.
A final review showing progress, gaps, patterns, and recommended next steps after the 60-day sprint.
After enrolling, you'll complete a short intake form so your goal, starting point, and execution gaps can be reviewed before Day 1.
I scope your goal into a 60-day execution plan with defined daily actions and a clear standard for done.
Run the plan every day. Submit your proof and complete the daily check-in before the cutoff.
Each week we review progress together and adjust the plan for the next seven days.
Close out with a documented outcome report — proof of what you executed across the full 60 days.
By enrolling, you agree to the structure. The structure is the product.
This sprint is built around one priority. Multiple goals or broader life restructuring belong in 1:1 coaching.
One daily proof submission is reviewed per participant. Coach responses are brief and focused on feedback, adjustment, or next-step direction.
All daily proof submissions must use the provided template so progress, friction, and next actions stay clear and trackable.
Life events, travel, busy seasons, and schedule changes are part of the execution environment — not a reason to pause the sprint.
If something comes up, the daily proof may become smaller. The goal may temporarily shift to minimum viable execution. But the clock does not pause.
Past participants may repeat the sprint once. After two rounds total, continued support moves into 1:1 Human Performance Coaching.

No. The 60 days are continuous. If life happens, the plan adjusts — but the sprint timeline does not pause.
Missed days are logged — you do not restart. We review what happened and adjust the execution standard if needed.

No. The Follow-Through Project focuses on one goal inside a 60-day sprint. 1:1 coaching is deeper support for multiple goals, responsibilities, routines, schedule structure, and ongoing performance demands.
You don't rise to your potential. You rise to the level of your systems, structure, and standards.
The Follow-Through Project is the individual-performance sprint from my consulting practice, Kore Praxis. I apply structured engineering, project-management, and operational methods to one problem: helping people execute on the goals they keep restarting. I scope your goal, build the execution plan, and help you hold the structure for 60 days.
60 days from now you'll either have proof that you followed through — or you'll still be saying "I'll start Monday." Enrollment takes five minutes.
