Enroll + complete intake

After enrolling, you'll complete a short intake form so your goal, starting point, and execution gaps can be reviewed before Day 1.

Goal scoped

I scope your goal into a 60-day execution plan with defined daily actions and a clear standard for done.

Execute daily

Run the plan every day. Submit your proof and complete the daily check-in before the cutoff.

Review weekly

Each week we review progress together and adjust the plan for the next seven days.

Finish with an outcome report

Close out with a documented outcome report — proof of what you executed across the full 60 days.

The rules

Non-negotiable.

By enrolling, you agree to the structure. The structure is the product.

One goal only

This sprint is built around one priority. Multiple goals or broader life restructuring belong in 1:1 coaching.

One daily proof submission

One daily proof submission is reviewed per participant. Coach responses are brief and focused on feedback, adjustment, or next-step direction.

Daily updates must follow the required template

All daily proof submissions must use the provided template so progress, friction, and next actions stay clear and trackable.

The 60 days are continuous

Life events, travel, busy seasons, and schedule changes are part of the execution environment — not a reason to pause the sprint.

Adjust the proof, not the timeline

If something comes up, the daily proof may become smaller. The goal may temporarily shift to minimum viable execution. But the clock does not pause.

Past participants may repeat once

Past participants may repeat the sprint once. After two rounds total, continued support moves into 1:1 Human Performance Coaching.

Can I start later?

You can enroll for the next intake or wait for the following one. Start dates are not customized.

Can I pause if I travel or get busy?

No. The 60 days are continuous. If life happens, the plan adjusts — but the sprint timeline does not pause.

What if I miss a day?

Missed days are logged — you do not restart. We review what happened and adjust the execution standard if needed.

Can I repeat the sprint?

Past participants may repeat the sprint once. After two rounds total, continued support moves into 1:1 Human Performance Coaching.

Is this the same as 1:1 coaching?

No. The Follow-Through Project focuses on one goal inside a 60-day sprint. 1:1 coaching is deeper support for multiple goals, responsibilities, routines, schedule structure, and ongoing performance demands.
